La Garenne is a beautiful place to stay. The days that we have spent by the pool have been very relaxing and enjoyable. Cycling down along the river Blavet was a fantastic experience, as was the fishing although the fish eluded us! We enjoyed visiting Carnac, especially on market day. Pont Scorff Zoo was also a great day out - the bird/penguin show was brilliant. Jeanine has been a wonderful host and has kept us entertained. She works very hard and it shows. Our French has improved following our many and varied conversations with Jeanine. A very enjoyable and relaxing holiday.
