Family holiday - beautiful setting, warm welcome, plenty of space and equipment supplied for road weary extended family of seven, including 18 month twins. Cots, stairgates etc all provided. Plenty of local information, beaches, markets etc. Nothing was too much trouble for Jeanine who looks after the site. Best - River views, towpath, peace and quiet. Worst - Not able to stay longer. (We are returning to La Garenne in September.)
"Really picturesque cottages, well equipped and comfortable, with the added bonus of beautiful walks by the river. We enjoyed our stay at Le Fournil, the cottages are really pretty and set in lovely grounds. Everything was provided and the cottages are well looked after by a local lady on hand most of the time. A good spot to explore from."

"We have had a wonderful holiday - sunshine every day. This is a beautiful spot to stay, so peaceful. The medieval festival in Hennebont was fascinating. The children have had a super time here playing in the pool and in the field, making new friends, eating outside and generally having a good time. The river is so calming with lots of wildlife, we even saw otters one quiet evening. All in all a very successful holiday for young and old!"

We had a fantastic family holiday. The houses and setting are beautiful. The boys loved the pool and the beaches. There's lots to see and do in Brittany, so I'm sure we will be back. Jeanine was a fantastic host and saw to all our needs. Met lots of nice people staying in the other cottages. customary
